The popular Kenyan Gospel musician Benson Ongachi popularly known by his stage name Benachi and his wife are expecting their first child.
The U.S based singer broke the news on his Instagram.
“From the first day I met you, I knew one day you will make me a dad. And now I’m counting months waiting patiently to be called a dad,” captioned the photo.
The Mwanake hitmaker married the love of his life Joan two years ago in a lavish wedding ceremony.
Benachi released a new song, dubbed ‘Nikuone’ in February this year.
The gospel artist rose to popularity with his hit song ‘Mwanake’ that featured the late Kaberere and also winning a Groove award for it as song of the year 2016.
