Kenyan comedy group Propesa has narrated how they almost lost their lives after being involved in an accident along the busy Mombasa- Nairobi Highway.
Speaking in an interview, Kimutai Ruto disclosed that the Propesa team was on its way to the city when they were hit by another vehicle trying to overtake.
“Tulikua tumefika hapo karibu mlolongo then gari lingine likiwa linajaribu ku overtake likatugonga. Lilitoka the katika hadi the left lane yenye tulikuwa. Umeona picha ya accident? Huo mtaro ulituokoa tuliroll but ikaisimamisha, tungeendelea zaidi. Hakuna mtu aliumia. Ni Mungu tu. Gari lilikua towed by police. But tuko sawa,” said Ruto.
He added that it was a miracle they escaped unhurt considering how mangled the vehicle was after the crash.
Ruto expressed gratitude to the public saying the group was moved by the overwhelming messages and support they received from the public.
“Ni mungu tu,” he said.
