Some 18 touts have been arraigned in an Isiolo Court over charges of unnecessary noise making by shouting at the passengers.
They were charged that on August 19, 2016 at Isiolo main stage located along the Nairobi-Meru road, they made noise and irritated travellers.
Three of the accused persons denied the charges and were released on KES 30,000 bond each.
The others were released on KES 20,000 bond while the case hearing was slated for September 1, this year for determination.
