Kenya Power and also its Managing Director, Ben Chumo have sued the Consumer lobby group, COFEK for what is known as defamation.
However, COFEK rubbished the defamation claims and asked Kenya Power to deal with the issues that affects customers.
The spat alledgedly began last month after COFEK accused Kenya Power of corruption as well as poor governance.

. Kenya Power in reaction offered COFEK 3 days to ask for forgiveness, threatening them with match.
Cofek chose not to ask for forgiveness.
