Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr Fred Matiang’i has named famous humorist Chipukeezy – genuine name Vincent Mwasia – as a part to the Board of Directors at the National Authority for the Campaign Against Drug Abuse (Nacada).

After his appointment, Chipukeezy took to social media account to express his gratitude.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank God, H.E the President, the Deputy President for the appointment into the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse Board (Nacada). This is very humbling and I promise to work very hard towards ensuring that the task ahead is accomplished as per expectations,” he wrote.
Chipukeezy also received a congratulatory message from his predecessor at Nacada Charles Njagua aka Jaguar who is the current MP for Starehe.
“Congratulations Chipukeezy on your appointment as a Director at Nacada… wish u well my brother,” Jaguar wrote.
