Here is What Nigerians Are Saying About Genevieve’s ‘Lionheart’

The movie was premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in September 2018 and was acquired by Netflix a day before its debut.

‘Lionheart’ has since screened at the Marrakech Film Festival in Morocco ahead of its January 2019 release on Netflix.

All in all, the movie didn't seem like it aimed to be funny, inspiring or even special… But it surely was ALL of these and more.
Who knew an everyday Nigerian story could be told with such simplicity and class?
