Ghanaian Actor Kofi Adjorlolo Honoured In Liberia

Ghanaian actor, Kofi Adjorlolo has been honoured in Liberia with the international Golden Image award. The award, presented to him by Liberia’s president was in recognition of his role in projecting Africa’s movie industry on the global map.

Some of the other awardees were Michelle Obama, wife of the former President of USA, Dr. Ayisha Fofana Ibrahim of Gender Research and Documentation Institute, Fourah Bay College University of Sierra Leone, NII Okwe Kinka Dowoana VI OSU Mantse of Accra and President of Greater Accra House of Chiefs, Mayor Clara Doe Mvogo Mayor of city of Monrovia, Hon. Boimah Kamara Finance Minister Republic of Liberia, Mr Yuo Haodong charge d’affaire, China Embassy in Liberia, and Hon. Elias Shoniyin Deputy Minister Foreign Affairs, Republic of Liberia.

In his acceptance sppech, Kofi Adjorlolo advised those who wished to excel in their chosen endeavors to work harder, so as to excel in their chosen fields.

He expressed gratitude to the president of Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf for the honour bestowed on him.
