EFCC Yet To Ask For Adoke’s Extradition

EFCC

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is still yet to ask for Mohammed Adoke’s extradition, Punch reported.

Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, stated that he had not received any requests from the EFCC to commence proceedings to extradite Adoke.

Adoke has been out of the country and had refused to honour and invitation by the anti-graft agency to answer about his role in the $2 billion Malabu oil deal.

In this case only the AGF office can initiate extradition proceedings for any person who is abroad and wanted.
