Queen Elizabeth and Kate and made a grand entrance with Her Majesty dressed in a long-sleeve white dress, finished with gold accents by Angela Kelly and her granddaughter-in-law wearing a glittering custom Jenny Packham dress.
Kate completed her look with the gorgeous Lover’s Knot tiara, which was a wedding gift to Princess Diana, while the queen opted for the Queen Mary Girls of Great Britain and Ireland crown she often wears.
The leading ladies were followed by Prince William, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall as they greeted and welcomed Ambassadors and High Commissioners to Buckingham Palace.
