Following their shocking divorce, Canadian actor Joshua Jackson and his ex-wife, Jodie Turner-Smith, have agreed to share custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Juno Rose Diana.
According to The Blast, the Fatal Attraction star, 45, responded in legal documents to the model-actress, 37,’s divorce application last month, agreeing with his estranged husband that they share ‘irreconcilable differences.’
The Dawson Creek alum also stated that he agreed with Turner-Smith, who has appeared in films such as Queen & Slim, The Independent, and White Noise, on strictly adhering to the conditions of their prenuptial agreement.
Turner-Smith’s divorce petition stunned the Hollywood elite, as the marriage ended after nearly four years.
They began dating in 2018, two years after he divorced Diane Kruger, and married in August 2019.
Juno Rose Diana, Jackson and Turner-Smith’s daughter, was born in April 2020.
Turner-Smith filed for divorce last month, alleging ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the cause of the breakup.
The Vancouver-born actor, who has acted in films such as Cruel Intentions, Gossip, and One Week, revealed that he disagreed with Turner-Smith on the date of their split.
Turner-Smith, who has been on Se.x Education, The Last Ship, and Jett, had placed September 13, 2023, as the date they divorced in legal documents.
According to Jackson, it happened on September 30, 2023. The date difference is not likely to have any effect on the ongoing divorce process.
Turner-Smith has asked for a private court to oversee their settlement, claiming privacy concerns, according to the site. Laura Wasser, a celebrity divorce lawyer, is representing her in the divorce.
The couple fueled divorce rumors in September 2022 after unfollowing each other on social media after earlier sharing many tweets indicating the marriage was doing well.
Turner-Smith was spotted at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London on November 15, as well as the 2023 LACMA Art+Film Gala on November 4 in the aftermath of their split becoming public.
Jackson was last seen on November 11 at a Todd’s Winter ’23 Collection event in West Hollywood, California.
