Angola’s National Fuel Society (Sonangol) has signed contracts with two foreign companies for supplying gasoline and diesel to the country over the next 12 months, according to a press release issued by the company on Thursday.
Sonangol said that the company Vitol, which is based in Switzerland, will supply gasoline to Angola over the next 12 months.
Totsa, a subsidiary of the French company Total, is responsible for supplying diesel.
Angola held an international public tender in March 2020 for the contracts, with a total of 27 companies vying for the tender.
