Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune is back in Germany being treated for post-COVID-19 complications in his foot.
The president’s return to Germany takes place less than two weeks after he came back to Algiers after spending two months abroad receiving treatment for COVID-19.
The treatment was initially postponed so he could attend to government business, including the signing of Algeria’s budget legislation, the newspaper report said.
State television also said the issue with Tebboune’s foot is not an urgent matter.
