Correspondent has laid hands on an audio in which kumawood actor, Joseph Nana Osei Kofi, popularly known as Wayoosi is heard showing appreciation to head pastor of Anointing Palace Chapel, Rev. Obofour for gifting him a brand new car and GHS 10,000 for fuel.
In the said audio available to Correspondent, Wayoosi asked Ghanaians to help him thank Rev. Obofour for the kind gesture as it was beyond his wildest expectations. He further called on the Lord to keep showering his blessings on the pastor.
Wayoosi received the surprise gift from Rev. Obofour during the 30th birthday celebration of the pastor’s wife.
Rev. Obofour rose to prominence this year after a series of media reportage on his activities which mostly include controversy, purchasing luxurious cars and carrying out donations.
Earlier this year, he was reported to have purchased a luxurious vehicle worth a whopping $300,000, an action which catapulted him to national stardom and media attention.
