Actor Sam Underwood Arrested for Domestic Battery in Los Angeles

The Los Angeles Police Department arrested Sam Underwood, the actor most known for his role in “Fear the Walking Dead,” for assaulting a woman.

On October 7, about 2:30 a.m., police officers responded to a 911 call regarding a disturbance in a Los Angeles-area apartment. When police officers arrived, they were told Sam and a woman had gotten into a heated disagreement that turned physical.

Sam was arrested for felony domestic assault after the woman had obvious marks on her body. The actor was arrested and taken to jail, where he was booked and released after over ten hours in custody.

It’s unclear what his connection is to the accused victim. Sam’s case has now been sent to the District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles for possible criminal prosecution.

Despite having marks on her body, cops told TMZ that the woman did not require medical attention.

According to sources, Sam has also given images, video recordings, and audio recordings to his attorney, all of which refute the claims of the person making these accusations against him. His lawyer plans to present this proof to the police early this week.
