Actor Kevin Spacey’s $5.65 million Baltimore Home Facing Foreclosure Auction

Kevin Spacey, an American actor, is facing foreclosure on his $5.65 million Baltimore home due to missed mortgage payments following sexual misconduct allegations.

The huge riverfront home, owned by Clear Toaster LLC, was linked to the 64-year-old actor at one of his trials in April 2022. Spacey resided there while filming the Netflix blockbuster House of Cards.

According to Mail Online, Spacey fell almost a year behind on his payments, leading a judge to approve a foreclosure sale last August.  The auction is to be held on February 29.

However, despite being advertised at $5.65 million, the starting bid for the beachfront mansion will not be revealed until the auction.

The five-level property features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a private place in Baltimore’s historic Inner Harbor seaport.

Spacey had been sighted visiting the 9,000+ square foot property several times in 2019 while awaiting arraignment on sexual assault allegations, and the property appeared ideal for a homeowner wishing to reside in a quiet gated neighborhood.

Court documents obtained by The Baltimore Banner show that Spacey purchased real estate with the intention of protecting his privacy and safety.

The location of the house in Baltimore made it easier for Spacey to film the Netflix series House of Cards, in which he played fictitious US President Frank Underwood for five seasons before being accused of sexual assault.
