Cassper Nyovest has hit back at claims that he is arrogant, saying that he is just really “confident”.
The rapper decided to clear the air and set the record straight saying that he is not arrogant at all.
In an interview with MTV’s Yo Raps, Cassper said that he had noticed that many people were calling him arrogant, when in fact he is just really confident.
“People think I’m arrogant … I am not,” he said.
He went on to say, “When I say I’m the biggest rapper on the continent (that’s because) I am the biggest rapper on the continent.”
Mzansi hit back at the rapper when he claimed that he is the best rapper on the continent. Cassper has been accused of being a “show-off, arrogant and narcissistic”. But the rapper responded to the backlash saying that what mattered to him was making it to the top and not how much money he has.
“You are not defined by how rich or broke you are. What determines your worth is how you treat yourself and how you allow people to treat you. BOSS UP!”
