Ugandan musician Rema Namakula is ready to tussle it out with Nigerian singer Tiwa savage for the best female gig in the Hapa music awards 2017 that will being going down on the 18th of November 2017 in Angola.
The awards aimed at building the bridge between the African and world cultures focus at recognizing African artists that have made worked hard to bring up enticing pieces of talent worth consumption which we may not be prove to know in other continents.
THE ‘Tikula’ singer’s music hit ‘Banyabo’ is competing with ‘All over’ by Tiwa savage and with another Ugandan female artists Irene Ntale also placed in the same category considering her latest efforts of music hit ‘Stamina Daddy’
Eddy Kenzo is the most nominated Ugandan in these awards competing for the best male artist and the best video of the year 2017.
We just wish the best for ever growing local talent and urging Ugandans to kick start with the voting so as our own talent can make us proud and bring the accolades back home.
