A student at the Kenya School of Law on Wednesday sued the institution’s for breaching the examinations guide.
Nyambira Oguta accused the institution’s Education Council changed the examinations structure without notice.
The students have always done 4 questions, but were forced to do 5 questions in all the nine subjects examined August 2016.
The Examinations Council allegedly did not assign extra time to the extra question, a move which Oguta said was shocking as it was not reflected in the examinations guide distributed to the students earlier this year.
