ANC leader, Musalia Mudavadi has said that he is not begging to be in CORD.
Responding to comments that CORD will not nominate anyone who is joining the coalition now to be its flag bearer in the 2017 Presidential election, Mudavadi maintained that he is still running for the top office.
He added that it is CORD that needs him and not the other way round.
He further observed that Raila seems to be saying he is running on ODM and not CORD, Standard reports.
There have been talks that Raila Odinga and Musalia Mudavadi were in talks to see how they can work together in the upcoming general election to oust Jubilee.
Earlier, Raila had said that he was ready to step aside and support anybody else who had better chances of beating the incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto.
Mudavadi had already said he is open to partnership with either Jubilee or CORD, as long as they back him for Presidency.
