Kenya: President Uhuru Kenyatta Set For A 3-day State Visit To Botswana

President Uhuru Kenyatta Monday morning travelled to Botswana for a three-day State Visit.

President Kenyatta’s visit – at the invitation of his host President Ian Khama – is geared towards boosting trade and bilateral relations between Kenya and Botswana.

The plane carrying President Kenyatta and his delegation departed Jomo Kenyatta International Airport shortly after 8.00 a.m.

He was seen off at the airport by Deputy President William Ruto and other senior Government officials.
