The incident took place in the the city of St Petersburg in north-western Russia, which is also known as the cultural capital of Russia.
They carried on their duty as if no one was watching . In the shocking clip, the girl is sitting on a seat on the underground. The man, who is wearing a hoodie, is leaning on top of her, with his knee on one seat. He leans between the girl’s spread legs and starts to pull down his trousers.
The incident forced some of the passengers who could not take the profanity to move away. The video which has gone viral online has been criticized and many people outraged.
