Six Suspected Thugs Shot Dead In Mlolongo

Police in Mlolongo have shot dead six suspected thugs in a botched robbery in the area.

The six are said to have been in a gang of 15 people who had broken into the African Cotton Company when police reined in them.

The Star reports that the thugs accessed the building through a hole they had drilled on the wall.

According to Standard, they had vandalized CCTV cameras and were ransacking office drawers when an alarm was raised.

Two computers, crude weapons and CCTV cameras were recovered from them.
