Kano Woman Beheaded For Blasphemy

An elderly woman met her demise on Thursday in Kano after it was alleged that she had committed “religious crime”.

According to a Naij report, the woman is alleged to have made an atrocious statement at the Kano textile market, ultimately having to pay for her utterances with her life.

Following the alleged unguarded statement, the woman was apprehended by an angry mob who then slaughtered her out of anger, Vanguard reports.

The incident has left traders shocked, with many having to leave the market following the uproar.
