Amani national congress leader Musalia Mudavadi has accused the media for politically misleading Kenyans into believing that there are only two political outfits in the country.
Mudavadi said that the media should be blamed for the wrong political decisions which Kenyans have been making during elections.
He accused the media of being too shallow and spending all their time focusing on jubilee and CORD thereby creating a notion that kenya can only be governed by the two parties.
Mudavadi who spoke in Nakuru added that the media has failed on its responsibility of shaping the political destiny of this nation.
“I blame the media for making Kenyans believe that there are only two parties in the country.
The media has hoodwinked Kenyans into believing that they can only be in jubilee or CORD,”he said.
“The wrong political decisions which Kenyans are making is as a result of perception the media has created over the years.”
“There are so many other political players around but our media only focuses on two individuals; that is Raila and Uhuru and that is at wrong for the country and unfair to other political players.”
He called on the media to help the nation get out of the Jubilee/CORD political bondage in 2017 by giving other political players an equal and fair coverage before elections.
