The All Progressive Congress has accused the Independent Electoral Commission of sabotaging the House of Assembly re-run in Kano, Vanguardreported.
According to the APC, Resident Electoral Commission, Alhaji Kaugama, was over using his powers.
In order to curb violence in the area, Kaugama was sent to Kano by Kaduna State to conduct the by elections.
The APC states that the decision to put hold a peaceful exercise to them was sabotage and suspect that Kaugama is a PDP card member.
