Police in Kakamega County, Kenya are pursuing a man who stabbed his neighbour to death for allegedly introducing his wife to prostitution.
It was alleged that trouble started after Alex Wekesa found his wife, Juliet, missing on Monday. He then started quarreling with a neighbour, Evelyn Achieng, accusing her of destroying his marriage by introducing his wife to prostitution.
The enraged Wekesa stabbed the single mother of one in the stomach, Standard reported.
According to police, Wekesa, who fled with his wife and children immediately after the ordeal, was no stranger to police cells as he had been arrested before for burglary, selling drugs and fighting, among other offences.
