New Jubilee Party Launch Set For April 16

The new Jubilee party will officially be launched on the April 16 during the UhuRuto thanksgiving rally at Nakuru’s Afraha stadium.

Nakuru east MP, David Gikaria revealed that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto will take the opportunity to officially launch the new party during the prayer rally.

Speaking Wednesday in Nakuru town, Gikaria said that time was ripe for the launch of the party, following the collapse of Ruto’s case at the ICC.

“The case that was facing the DP was a real stumbling block to the launch of Jubilee Party but now that the case is dead, the President and his deputy will be officially making it the train to State House in 2017,” said Gikaria.

“They will use the thanksgiving prayer rally on Saturday to officially launch JP at the same venue Jubilee coalition was launched,” he added.
