A Kenyan songstress is set to collaborate with Tanzanian superstar Diamond in what has been termed the one to watch for the year.
2015 was a great year for singer and celebrity Akothee, releasing tracks like Djele Djele which helped up rise to the top of the Kenyan music industry. 2016 however seems like it will be even better for her than the last one. She has just released a teaser video for a collaborative track that she did with none other than Tanzanian legend and global icon Diamond.
The track called Sweet Love is set to be released in the coming weeks and is said to be one of the most anticipated tracks from the artist. Not many Kenyan musicians can boast having done a track with Diamond due to his almost superstar status in the music industry. Akothee joins a very short list, with this love song.
