Istanbul – Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu is meeting his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, in Belgrade, broadcaster CNN Turk reports.This is the highest level meeting between the two nations since Turkey shot down a Russian fighter jet near the Turkey-Syria border last month and comes amid a growing row.
