Police in Zimbabwe have re-arrested a prominent journalist, Hopewell Chin’ono, for breaching his bail conditions, reportedly for using Twitter.
It is alleged that he has posted tweets critical of the government.
Mr Chin’ono was released from a maximum security prison in September, following his arrest in July on charges that he helped to foment anti-government protests.
In May, he uncovered corruption in government procurement of coronavirus supplies that led to the dismissal of the health minister.
