Report claims that one pregnant waitress working at the hotel was knocked down by Robert Jnr as he fled his violent mother who was beating up everyone near her including hotel staff.
It is alleged that the woman fell to the ground and was rushed to hospital, where she later lost her baby.

Mrs Mugabe, 52, assaulted model Gabriella Engels a week ago at a Johannesburg hotel where her sons were staying. She has not commented publicly on the case.
South Africa later granted diplomatic immunity to Zimbabwean First Lady Grace Mugabe, allowing her to leave the country without answering questions about the assault allegation.
