Tanzanian Singer, Vanessa Mdee, Backs On Air With Her Own Podcast

Tanzanian songbird, Vanessa Mdee is back on the airwaves, not musically, but with a podcast of her own.

The beauty is not a new name in the field of radio or TV, since that is where she basically started before her calling to get into music full time.

The multi-talented star broke the news on social media, by introducing the world to her podcast ¨Deep Dive with Vanessa Mdee¨.

Mdee decided to give a brief narration of her green beginnings that have pushed her to return to the airwaves, this time in different style.

Story time; In 2010 I joined 102.5 Choice FM ( at the time ) as the lead on-air personality and producer of a 3 hour radio show – The Hitlist. Under the mentorship of my brother @clugoe who taught me everything I know about radio.

Her first home that nurtured her talent, her skills and molded the woman that she currently is.

Choice FM literally changed my life , ask anyone who’s done it – there’s nothing like LIVE RADIO. I spent 4 glorious years on the airwaves and loved the on-air education which moulded the woman that I am ( it was real confidence builder ) and inadvertently shaped the performer that I am today.

Live radio became a part of her. It was one thing she would wake up in the middle of the night just to do regardless – her passion to say the least.

This is what has now compelled her to return to the airwaves ´having missed speaking to her fans on an intimate level´ and that is how she came up with her podcast.

I’ve missed speaking to you on an intimate level, so here goes the PODCAST! I’m excited to share my very first podcast #DeepDiveWithVanessaMdee subscribe and join me as we talk real life. First episode out Today.

True to it, her first episode is out, titled ¨Girl Child¨ and fans who have already listened to it, are head-over-heels waiting for her next episode.
