South African-born comedian Trevor Noah has been named the fourth highest-paid stand-up comedian in the world.

Trevor made Forbes list as the fourth highest-paid stand-up performer in the world last year.
According to reports, Trevor banked an estimated R430-million from comedy in 2018.
The comedian has made over 70 stops across the world to perform. He also had his second Netflix special, Trevor Noah: Son of Patricia. Trevor is also receiving money for his book, Born a Crime, which hit the shelves in 2016.
Trevor recently announced that he is taking a break from The Daily Show after being put on vocal rest.
“Luckily we’ve got a few days off so I’m gonna rest and get back to 100.”
