South African Actor Desmond Dube To Feature In King Kong

Desmond Dube will join the King Kong cast, as from 2 January. He will be playing Pop.

The award winning actor revealed to John Maytham, Cape Talk’s radio host, that he looked forward to stepping into that role. Pop, is a role previously played by Sne Dladla, who according to Desmond, played it very well.

“Sne Dladla was fantastic and he told the story the way Sne Dladla would tell the story,” he said.

King Kong is on at the Fugard Theatre in Cape Town, February, 2018.
