The National Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been opened, reports Newsday.
The secretariat is, however, opened to only members of staff of the party.
The PDP secretariat was shut down by the police on May 22 following intelligence that a faction of the party was plotting to cause trouble.
Three factions-one led by Ali Modu Sheriff; another by Ahmed Makarfi, and the third by Jerry Gana- had emerged owing to disagreement over the leadership of the party.
But the Board of Trustees (BoT) of the party intervened by urging its members to sheathe their swords.
The BoT secretary, Ojo Maduekwe according to Sahara Reporters will be addressing members of staff at 1pm on Tuesday.
