Recall that reports were earlier given, about the demise of boy toy of former Nollywood star, Caroline Danjuma, 30 year old Tagbo Umeike and the involvement of his pop star friend Davido, in the circumstances leading to the unfortunate incident.
Fresh reports reaching us confirm that Davido has been invited for a second meeting with the Police following investigations proving that the singer lied about his initial statement of the events leading to Tagbo’s death.
In the singer’s first statement, he claimed to have left the deceased and gone ahead to another club and only heard of the death shortly after arriving the second club. The Police went on to arrest Davido’s driver and two of his crew members who admitted to dropping Tagbo at the Lagos Island General Hospital on the orders of the songster.
The Lagos state commissioner of Police has released a press statement and a clip has been making the rounds for the past few hours. See clip:

An autopsy report claims that Tagbo died of asphyxiation and was confirmed dead upon arriving the hospital. Eye witnesses say he drank over 40 shots of Tequila in a bid to win a bet of an Iphone 8 and 200 thousand Naira initiated by OBO.
