Emzy Ned Nwoko Jnr, has been arrested by the police.
The 21 year old boy identified as Emmanuel O. Israel who was claiming to be the son of the billionaire business man was arrested in Mbiama, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Before he was arrested, his last post on social media was an announcement that he did not want to associate with Ned Nwoko anymore because of his wife Regina Daniels whom he had accused of using black magic to win his father to her side.
In his post, he said that he was dropping his name “Ned Nwoko” and would be focusing on his music career instead of the needless fights with the actress.
According to the police, Emmanuel used scam Facebook, twitter, WhatsApp accounts and emails to defraud unsuspecting Nigerians.
The police added that in many instances, the young man met with unsuspecting members of the public and extorted money from them after promising to help secure financial deals and favours for them.
He was reportedly arrested alongside his sister, Love Israel, on charges of criminal impersonation , conspiracy, defamation of character and conduct likely to threaten public peace.
