A well known Nairobi musician on Monday became the topic of discussion at a popular radio show after he was accused of failing to return a laptop he had borrowed from a friend.
A caller on Radio Jambo called the presenters asking for help to get his laptop which he claimed to have lent to musician Otile Brown in 2012.
The caller further alleged that since 2012, efforts to get back his laptop have not borne fruit.
Radio Presenters Alex Mwakideu and Jalang’o sought to help the caller by contacting the popular musician but their calls went unanswered.
Kenyans.co.ke contacted Otile’s manager, Doctor Eddie, who informed us that he was unaware of the issue.
He promised to look at the matter and issue a statement on the same.
Otile Brown has penned popular songs such as Alivyonipenda which he collaborated with King Kaka. He has also had other collaborations with top names such as Kalighraph Jones and Dj Pierra.
