Popular Kenyan singer Mwanaisha Abdalla aka Nyota ndogo was on Wednesday rushed to hospital by her son and neighbours after she complained of severe headache.
Taking to Instagram, the 2003 Kisima Awards Best Taarab singer explained that she started having headaches while at work and opted to take painkillers to relieve the pain.
Her headache worsened and her son called the neighbours to help take her to hospital.
The Chereko hit maker has since been discharged from hospital and is recuperating at home. In a separate Instagram post, Nyota Ndogo thanked God for giving her another chance at life and her son for not leaving her side.
