Popular Kenyan gospel musician Benson Ongachi, popularly known by his stage name Benachi and his lovely wife Joan are parents to a bouncing baby girl named Olivia Benachi.
The Groove award-winning hitmaker broke the news in an Instagram post on Tuesday evening. Sharing a picture of Olivia, the ‘Mwanake’ hitmaker simply wrote; “Welcome to the world my daughter 
.”
The U.S based couple has also wasted no time in opening an Instagram account for Olivia, who had a little over 300 followers within hours of Benachi’s announcement.
The Benachis got married in 2016 at an intimate wedding ceremony attended by close friends and relatives in the U.S. They announced their pregnancy in March.
Fans and the gospel music fraternity have been sending congratulatory messages. Willy Paul exclaimed, “GOOOAAAALLLL” while DK Kwenye Beat added, “CONGRATULATIONS BROTHER.”
Secular musician Akothee commented, “ congratulations my darlings”
Video director J Blessing added, “Congratulations I’m now a grandfather”
