As reported, the actor died on Tuesday, December 11, after he was stabbed by his alleged lover who was identified as Grace Kanamu Namulo following an argument.

According to a police report, Grace, 40, is said to have organised a party on Tuesday evening and invited some of her friends to celebrate with her. The drama that led to the stabbing incident was triggered by Namulo’s male visitors who had been invited to the party as they started dancing with her, a move that really angered 39-year-old Jamal.
Upon confrontation, an argument ensured and the two left their guests and went towards the a butchery which they reportedly co-owned where the suspect is believed to have picked a kitchen knife and stabbed the actor to death.

‘Some of the men, who attended the party offered to shower Namulo with expensive drinks, a proposal she entertained. The men also went ahead to dance with her, an act that annoyed Gadafi, who confronted Namulo. The two, thereafter, left the party venue and went toward the kitchen, where the suspect allegedly stabbed the actor to death,” a DCI officer handling the case stated.
The suspect in her defense claimed she did not kill the actor but “stumbled upon him writhing in pain after he fell on a kitchen knife”.
