Jersey Shore’s Mike Sorrentino Checks Into Prison For 8-Month Sentence

Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino has officially started serving his 8-month prison sentence.

The Jersey Shore star checked into federal prison on Tuesday, where he will serve the sentence handed to him for tax evasion.

A judge ordered The Situation to less than a year in prison followed by two years of supervised release, 500 hours of community service, a $10k fine and $123k in restitution, which has already been paid in court in Newark, New Jersey in October 2018.
