Multiple award-winning actress Martha Ankomah who for a very long time has not been acting the bad girl roles in movies says she has not quit acting such roles and will take up sexually explicit roles if given.
She made this statement in an exclusive interview with our Correspondent.
According to the ‘Sinking Heart’ famed actress, she would be willing to act in erotic scenes if it’s part of a story which would positively impact the lives of Ghanaians.
“I will still do. It’s a role I am playing; so for an actress, I believe I’m supposed to be versatile”, she told Correspondent.
For some time, a section of the public says Miss Ankomah chose to be a strict Christian over her acting career.
The “Heart of a Man” actress commented that she has gotten very close to God hence a reason for being selective on the kind of movies she now features in.
“It has to be something people watch and can learn something from”, she added.
Martha is currently promoting her new movie “Beautiful Mind” to be premiered in October at the Silverbird cinemas
