Beyonce Debuts Cecred, Her Inaugural Hair Care Collection

Beyonce Knowles, a well-known musician and entrepreneur, has launched her first hair care line, Cecred, in addition to her music career.

The announcement follows the global icon’s tremendously successful Renaissance Tour, which grossed $460 million and earned $145 million.

Beyonce hinted about the Cecred line during her Renaissance Tour in May 2023, and it has already been formally launched. Beyonce has a current net worth of $800 million, according to Forbes, and her latest initiative demonstrates her devotion to utilizing her influence and commercial expertise.

Cecred’s hair care product is designed to restore and revive hair that has been color-treated or damaged by heat. The collection contains eight important products for washing, conditioning, and restoring various hair textures, including straight, coily, curly, and wavy.

Shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, oils, and scalp treatments are among the available goods. The brand focuses heavily on its components, which include the patent-pending Bioactive Keratin Ferment, fermented rice water, and a blend of oils.

The collection contains necessities such as Clarifying Shampoo & Scalp Scrub, Moisturizing Deep Conditioner, Hydrating Shampoo, Reconstructing Treatment Mask, Fermented Rice & Rose Protein Ritual, Moisture Sealing Lotion, Nourishing Hair Oil, and Hydrating Conditioner.

Beyonce confirmed the launch’s validity in a video statement in response to media speculation. Reflecting on her upbringing in her mother’s hair salon, she recognized the impact of the entrepreneurial women she met.

Beyonce highlighted her delight about the possibility to carry on her mother’s legacy, inviting people to “experience what I’ve been creating.” She highlighted her hair journey, saying, “I’ve always wanted to continue on her tradition. I can’t wait for you to experience what I’ve been working on.”

The Beyonce hair care collection is now available for purchase on cecred.com, with delivery choices starting at £12.2 ($15.4) to the UK.

The brand takes inspiration from “global traditions” and incorporates “patent-pending advanced science.” The products include butters, oils, honey, and fermented rice water to nourish a wide range of hair types and textures.
