Akpene Diata Hoggar Crowned Miss Universe Ghana 2018

After months of preparations, from boot camps to rehearsal, the 2018 Miss Universe Ghana was crowned on Saturday night at The Omanye Hall of the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra.

The night was full of glitz and glamour as Akpene Diata Hoggar, who represented the Brong Ahafo Region, was crowned the winner of the 2018 Miss Universe Ghana pageant.

The judges for the night were Sean Guy, Shirley Frimpong Manso, Yvonne Nelson, Miss Reykjavik (Miss Universe Iceland), Manuela Osk (Miss Universe 2003 contestant), and Emmanuel Kojo-Jones Mensah.

The beauty queen will go ahead to represent Ghana at the Miss Universe Beauty pageant which will be held in Bangok, Thailand on December 17, 2018.
