Kenya: Before I Met Vera I Had a Life, So life Goes On – Artist, Otile

With an ecstatic Catholic University of Eastern Africa charging as they danced and sang to his popular hits among them Baby Love, which was dedicated to his estranged lover and socialite Vera Sidika, Otile Brown had so many female fans yearning for him that he could easily forget his recent heartbreak.

“I had a life before Vera and so do I have after that… let’s enjoy and be entertained,” he said to a cheering crowd.

After the MC of the night had joked that the singer would make an appearance with Vera, the crowd had waited in anticipation and when Otile showed up alone, they demanded to know where Vera was forcing Otile to explain alluding that “those are bygones… that is in the past”

And as it seems, everyone wants to ride on this break-up. This week, Khaligraph Jones went on Instagram and teased: “Veronica Sidika Shikwekwe, Cheza kama Wewe, pie me niletee hi machine Mtaa, naskia we ndio unapeana ma loan apa nje, it’s only $1million na nimebakisha 500k.”
