France’s President Macron Addresses Students In Burkina Faso

The French president has promised a new era in relations with Africa.

Emmanuel Macron told students in Burkina Faso that he wants France to deal with the continent on the basis of equality and not the past.

But demonstrators descended on the streets of the capital to show that not everyone is convinced.
