Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, was mildly surprised when he noticed that American rapper Meek Mill had connected with him on Instagram.
He promptly went ahead to announce it on another social media platform, Facebook with the words “Meek Mill just followed me on ig …”.
