The singer could only finish in third-place behind Reggie and Adjetey Sowah, but she insists her loss was based on unfair groundings.
She is therefore demanding a rematch with the HipLife grand papa, 34 years after they both squared off on the dance floor.
Recalling the moment during an interview session on the Cosmopolitan Mix on Joy FM, the singer, who still has fond memories of that fateful day said: “Anywhere I get Reggie Rockstone we are still going to do a competition. I want to take my first place which he took from me.”
She narrated that she would easily have won the dance battle if not for the unprofessional behavior of the DJ hired.
According to her, the DJ’s inability to play her preferred song played a major role in her loss.
She also paid tribute to HighLife legend Nana Ampadu, describing him as “a father”, while thanking him for his role in her career.
