Former President of the United States, Barack Obama and the former First Lady, Michelle, have officially purchased a Washington D.C. rental home for $8.1 million.
The couple, who are temporarily renting a home following their move from the White House earlier this year, will be staying in the capitol until their 15-year-old daughter Sasha Obama finishes high school at Sidwell Friends School in 2019.
Their new home is reportedly 8,200-square-feet and features eight bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms.
